In this quick help guide you'll find out what's armory, how it works and which armory set or piece is best for you and why.

What's armory?

Armory is unlocked when your Stronghold reaches Lv.35.There are 3 types of armaments: Weapon, Shield, and Armor. One of each can be equipped in the Armory.

In game currently we have five different kind of armory equipment set. right now we have Elephant, Lion heart, Rhino, Shadow leopard and Red Wolf set in armory. In upcoming updates we'll see more armory sets with different kind of skills or buffs. each armory set has different skills which can be obtained by upgrading the piece of the set.

It's not compulsory to use all same kind of pieces. You can choose according to your requirements. If you use 3 pieces of same set then you'll get additional 3 piece set bonus ( Increases all friendly units HP and attack by 8% ). For example if you use Rhino shield, rhino weapon and rhino armour then you'll get 3 piece set bonus effect.

If you use 2 pieces of same set and 1 piece of a different set then you'll get 2 piece set bonus effect ( increases all friendly units HP and attack by 5% ). For example if you use Rhino weapon and rhino shield with elephant armor then you'll get 2 piece set bonus effect.

Armory sets

All Armory sets have 3 armament or pieces: Shield, Weapon and Armour. Cast Iron can be used to refine armaments or level up armaments. Fine Steel can be used to ascend an armament once it reached a certain level. Ascending an armament unlocks armament skills, increases skill effects, and unlocks stone slots.

Once additional skills are unlocked, one out of two bonus effects can be activated. This is not permanent and can be switched at any time.

Stones can only be slotted in slots of the same color. Stones of the same name can be fused together to level up.

All stats and slotted stones of the armament take effect, but only currently equipped armament skills take effect.Using Cast Iron to refine armaments also levels up the Furnace and unlocks Furnace bonuses.

Resetting an armament will refund all the Cast Iron, Fine Steel, and Stones used. Using the refunded Cast Iron will not raise the Furnace Level.

Each armament have basic attributes which increases all friendly units max HP and attack. ( Friendly units means heroes, troops and dragon ) and rank effects. 1,2 and 4 star rank effects are same for each armament however 3,5 and 6 star gives different effects.

  1. Your posts are very helpful. I do have questions about the slotted stones. Do I want of stone bonus slots to have the same effect, like all agile or different?
  2. Hi! It's your choice actually. You can select attack speed or damage reduction or anything else you want. It depends on your requirements in my opinion, so choose according to your requirements. Like if you're lacking in defence then of course you should go for resistance. I hope you get the answer, if you still have any doubt or question then feel free to ask.
