Nightfire Monster: How to Maximize your damage

1. Nightfire Monster Event
This is an event that is available every week that players can participate. This event is pretty straightforward. The Nightfire Monster appears every Week and players can go inside the battle ground and challenge it to earn rewards. The Player That Deals the most damage to the monster comes out on top of the leader board and players can win Linari and other prizes.
A. Race
Lich is the best race to use to get the highest possible damage to the Nightfire Monster.
Specifically, the Lich Diabolist or Warlocks as they are popularly known. They deal a lot of damage to the Nightfire Monster and are the best troop unit to use in this event.
B. Mana Wrym
Mana Wryms or Mana Dragons are a Sylph/Silvani Race Support Unit that significantly boost attack and attack Speed of all troops (Except Mech) and heroes on the field.
Important Skill – Requiem for a dream: This applies to borrowed mana Wryms or Mana Dragons with research. After 60 seconds they automatically wake up to increase damage and attack speed of all friendly units (Except Mech) by 100% and inflict a penetration debuff on all enemy units which will increase the damage the enemy takes by 10%. Enemy overlords will take an extra 10% damage.
Why is this important?
The Nightfire and other event monsters including dragons have a trait called OVERLORD.
C. Key Heroes
C.1. Wraxius
Wraxius Uses his lanterns to significantly boost your attack speed and damage.Having two Wraxius on the field with the mirror of reality artifact is Ideal.
Wraxius Skills: Make sure to max out his Stygian lantern, Cursed light, Lunar light skills. Drop Wraxius Lanterns on your warlocks to increase their damage and attack speed.
C.2. Ophidia
Ophidia uses her snakes to significantly de-buff the enemy to take more magic damage.
- Cast her snakes on the Nightfire Monster. Make sure to Max pagan curse skill as high as possible.
C.3. Gazul
Of course, you need Gazul to Buff your Warlocks/Diabolists.
Make sure to max out his Undead Mastery Skills as much as possible.
C.4. Elena
Elena will make sure your army takes reduced magic damage from the enemy. She’s one of the most important heroes in the game. Make sure to deploy her.
D. Key Hero Items
D 1. Degura’s Necklace
This is the most important hero Equipment because it gives your Ranged troops life steal.
Meaning, they heal themselves as they do damage so they stay alive. This Item can be obtained from void stage 142.
D.2. Seraphic Ring
This isn’t as important as the Degura’s necklace but will add a bonus boost to your ranged troops damage. This item can be obtained as reward from the Divine Trials event.
Visual Effect:
Degura’s necklace and Seraphic ring gives off an effect on your troops when the hero wearing them is touching your ranged troops.
Degura’s necklace – gives a red effect.
Seraphic ring – gives a blue effect.
E. Formation
Make sure you have all your warlocks/Diabolists touching heroes wearing the Degura’s necklace and /or seraphic ring.

F. Rewards
The Nighfire event offers Linari, Troop equipment materials, Hero mastery scrolls, Prism shard chests and a chance to get a Shield Generator trinket.
Pro Tip:
- This Concept is also used in the Divine Trials Event.
G. Event/Pve Dragon
