Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 offers many characters. These NPCs can be found all over the map for players to interact with, and we have all the locations on Fortnite Island.

From providing bounties and quests to selling weapons and resources, NPCs have become a key component of Epic Games' successful battle royale. Some NPCs will fight you and give you great items if you win.
The season kicks off with 15 characters and we already have new 2 to add to our list. Tracked down all 17 Fortnite NPCs in Chapter 4 Season 1.
There are currently 17 Fortnite NPC locations in Chapter 4 Season 1. These include brand-new characters, like Helsie, the vampire hunter, as well as returning heroes like the green-thumbed Sunflower.
All other NPCs provide valuable services to the player, unfortunately these services are not free. This means that players have to spend gold bars for them. It can be obtained from various sources.
It's important to note that the characters will move at will and won't be in the same place every time, but searching the general area of the location should be enough to find them.
Here is a list of all Fortnite Season 1 Chapter 4 NPC locations and what the characters have to offer. Each unit is numbered as shown in the assembly manual.

1. Aura
Aura is located at the top of the map (crude harbor). Here you'll find her selling chug splashes and can be hired by gold bars.
2. Evie
Evie is located at the left bottom (shore shack) of the map and she sells shadow tracker. She offers the ability to activate the Rift.
3. Frozen Fishstick
He offers two items - a shield cake and chilli cug splash and he is located in the centre at the ice lake.
4. Frozen Red Knight
He's located at the Brutal Bastion and can be hired by gold bars. He offers Firefly jar.
5. Omega Knight
He is located on the right side of the map (Secluded Spire). We can purchase Shockwave hammer and Port-A-Bunker from Omega knight.
6. Princess Felicity Fish
She's located at western watch and and she gives you a option to tip a bus driver, i don't know why anyone would ever do that. And also you can get the Grappler bow.
7. Raptorian the Brave
He is located in a weird place called pleasent passage and can be hired. Here you can get the primal flame bow.
8. Neymar Jr
He is located at the slappy shores and he offers slap juice. Neymar Jr also offers you the ability to heal yourself.
9. Scrapknight Jules
Scrapknight Jules is located at faulty splits or mediaeval part. He offers rocket launcher and launch pad and these items are quite expensive.
10. Helsie
She is located at the hidden henge and can be hired. She also offers thunder shotgun which is quite helpful.
11. Joni the Red
Joni the red is located at faulty splits in urban part. She can be hired and offers red eye assault rifle.
12. Snowheart
Snowheart is located at the cold cavern and offers primal stink bow and also activate storm forecast ability.
13. Sunflower
Sunflower is located at the frenzy fields and offers chug cannon and impulse grenades.
14. Sir Burger
He is located at the anvil square and offer the ability to go prop disguise or to purchase the dub shotgun.
15. Wild Card
Wild card is located at the royal ruin and offers the Excalibur rifle and unstable bow, which does random effects per shots.
16. Diamond Diva
Diamond Diva is located at meadow mansion and can be hired. She also offers maven auto shotgun.

Make sure to check out what each of these NPC characters has to offer. There is also a boss on the map this season called The Ageless, although he doesn’t appear on the NPC list. He roams around The Citadel and is difficult to take down. After defeating the ageless aka Geno you will receive the new mythic Ex-Caliber Assault Rifle.
It's also worth noting that if you shoot an NPC, they will suddenly turn hostile and shoot you. In most cases, it's best to run away or else risk being killed by him.
