Destiny 2 lightfall new subclasses
Destiny 2 Year 6 Expansion Pack includes an all-new campaign, updated gameplay features, another subclass, and new enemies and allies.
Destiny 2: Lightfall is set in Neomuna, a neon cyberpunk city on the planet Neptune. A place where, fleeing collapse, humans have built megacities over the past centuries whose ultimate city is unknown.
A new Destiny 2 Lightfall subclass will be part of this expansion pack. Strand is available for all three classes in Destiny 2 and is a major feature in the upcoming release.
Bungie has confirmed the names for the Strand subclass are as follows: Warlock, Hunter, Titan! In a brief introduction to Strand's superpowers, Bungie revealed that wizards create missile traps that explode and explode on impact. The Titan quickly rotates his claws to slash anyone who gets in his way.
Destiny 2's future after lightfall
In 2020, Bungie announced three expansion packs (Beyond Light, The Witch Queen, and Lightfall) that will conclude the franchise's light and dark saga. However, the following year, the studio announced that it would need one final expansion to finish up the first era of Destiny: The Final Shape.
We don't know much about The Final Shape, except that it takes place after Lightfall and potentially introduces a third Darkness subclass after Stasis and Strand.
